Cervix Gauge

The Cervix Gauge from Deseret Manufacturing was made with the feedback of several practicing midwives. The practitioner may use it by using their fingers to gently gauge the cervix and then match those spread fingers to the correct gauge. large enough to handle the job but small enough to put in a pack. The Cervix Gauge also serves as a model to show expectant mothers stages of Cervical Dilation. The Cervix gauge contains a total of 8 plates. The top most plate is 10cm while the last plate holds gauges 3, 2 and 1.  Fastened together with a zinc plated bolt and a specially engineered lock nut, the cervix gauge is fastened together in a way to allow easy manipulation of the plate but also allowing the user to leave the plate staying where put. A great tool for the midwife, Nurse and doctor.
